Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until arrival.
Cancellation/ Amendment Policies:
BOOKINGS MADE VIA BOOKING.COM ETC OR ANY OTHER SOURCE OTHER THAN OUR OWN WEBSITE: 3 days notice is required - No waivers
BOOKINGS MADE DIRECT VIA OUR WEBSITE OR PHONE - 24 hours unless otherwise stated below: Negotiable
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check in time (2pm the day prior), forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.
- Peak season reservations between 20th December until 30 January and any NZ Public holiday weekend, 7 days notice of cancellation applies and may be charged 1 night’s accommodation. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival during peak season or for no-shows will be charged for full stay.
We appreciate as much cancellation notice as possible to have the opportunity to on sell your unit for you to avoid any cancellation penalties. If we are unable to on-sell your unit the above cancellation policy applies.
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.
Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.
Payment for all accommodation must be made on arrival. Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
Pet Policy: We do not permit pets in the units under any circumstances.
The exception being Seeing Eye Dogs by arrangement.
