Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until arrival.
Cancellation/ Amendment Policies:
BOOKINGS BETWEEN 01 February - 20 December:
Bookings made DIRECT on our own website: 24 hours notice required
Bookings made via BOOKING.COM or any other source other than our own website: must give 3 days notice
BOOKINGS BETWEEN 21 December - 31 January & any other Public Holiday Weekend (PEAK TIMES)
We require 7 days notice of cancellation. You may be charged 1 nights accommodation if you cancel within this time. For cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no shows, you will be charged for your full stay.
If you have booked DIRECT we appreciate as much cancellation notice as possible to have the opportunity to on sell your unit for you to avoid any cancellation penalties. If we are unable to on-sell your unit the above cancellation policy applies.
Reception hours: 8am - 8pm but late arrivals are always welcome please advise us upon booking or ring to let us know if you are going to be later than expected.
Check-in is available from 2pm (late check in off Ferry available also)
Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.
Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.
Payment for all accommodation must be made on arrival. Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
Pet Policy: We do not permit pets in the units under any circumstances.
The exception being Seeing Eye Dogs by arrangement.
