- Units are ready for guests after 2pm, early arrivals by prior arrangement.
- Check out time is 10am late departures are permissible at managements discretion.
- Reception hours are 8am – 10pm.
- Cancellation policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check in time, forfeit the full amount
for the first night cancelled.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in our units. Ashtrays are available at reception for outdoor use, but please be mindful of guests in neighbouring units.
- Pets: In consideration to other Guests no pets other than Guide Dogs are allowed.
- Visitors: Visitors are welcome but consideration must be given to other Guests' privacy. Guests must vacate by 10pm.
- If a unit is left with strong cooking smells or has been damaged in such a way it cannot be re-let for that night, we reserve the right to charge your credit card
the price for relocating the new guests elsewhere and for any damages incurred during your stay.
